Q: Why do I have to log in?
A: You must log in to place your order. Log in also offers many benefits to you. For example, you will be able to retrieve previous orders or shopping lists.


Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! We offer a 25% discount off the publisher's list prices to school and public libraries when ordering direct. This discount does not pertain to university/ corporate libraries or to individuals or resellers, who should contact Enslow for sales terms. Resellers are free to set their own prices. Prices, specifications, and publication dates are subject to change without notice.


Q: Do you have a Federal I.D. #?

Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: Standard shipments are shipped via UPS ground or parcel post. Please add 10% for shipping ($5.49 minimum). Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only. Please speak to your customer service representative for all other special shipping needs. Rush shipments, shipments outside the USA, and special shipping requests are subject to additional charges.  We will contact you by e-mail to confirm any additional charges.


Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due 30 days from invoice date.


Q: How are shipments sent?
A: We send our shipments by UPS carrier.


Q: Are the books on this site all library bound?
A: Every book on this web site, unless otherwise specified (for example, paperback), is a library-bound hardcover edition, side-sewn, and reinforced with cotton drill.


Q: Do you offer Library Card Kits, Data Disks, Barcoding, and Full Processing?
A: Yes. If you are interested, please click on the Library Processing Form button or review before check out. Alternately, you can e-mail customerservice@enslow.com or call customer service at 1-800-398-2504 for assistance.


Q: Do you offer a Guarantee and Returns?
A: Yes. Enslow Publishing unconditionally guarantees the bindings and other materials used in its books. Books returned for any reason by schools and libraries will be accepted for 30 days from date of invoice.
